CEDEP’s Rebooting HR is a unique hybrid program designed by HRDs for HRDs by a consortium of multinational companies including Michelin, Safran, SNCF and RATP. It is aimed at proactive, entrepreneurial and committed HRDs who are ready to embrace and prepare for the challenges of the future.
Here we encourage HR leaders to look beyond their ‘old-fashioned’ tactical role, to take on new tasks to guarantee their future, the future of their organisation and the future of the HR function. This involves assimilating methodological and technological advances, preparing for new uncertainties, shaping the organisation and the corporate culture, transformation, and much more.
This program pushes HR leaders to broaden their perspectives, adopt a strategic vision for the significant challenges ahead, develop new competencies, strengthen soft skills and maximise their impact and influence on others and their organisation.

Objectives
The mission of this HR leadership program is to:
• Prepare HR leaders for new uncertainties
• Create context, give perspective and strengthen the strategic position of the HR function,
• Help shape the organisation and corporate culture, thinking through transformation in a systemic way
• Nurture summit meetings with peers from other companies
• Talk openly with proven experts to shake up mental models
• Acquire new skills and new tools, integrating methodological and technological advances
• Boost personal influence
• Develop a community of HRDs who are supportive, ambitious and positive to strengthen the strategic position of the HR function.

These senior HR leaders have a key strategic role in their company, oversee a division or business unit, manage an HR transformation project or want to be in a position to impact the overall performance of their organisation.
