Nick Obolenski is a consultant, entrepreneur, qualified coach, academic and prolific author who specialises in improving effectiveness, agility and enablement in VUCA environments with a unique form of organisational strategy, leadership, talent development and change.
With a background as a decorated officer in the British Army, a qualified mountain expedition leader, senior corporate executive, founder and CEO of several technology start-ups, Nick has significant senior leadership experience, and a strong international award-winning, academic and research foundation for his teaching approach with proven results.
His academic experience includes associate professor of leadership at Nyenrode in the Netherlands, fellow and executive development programme director at London Business School, visiting professor of leadership at INSEAD and EHL (Switzerland), IMD (Singapore campus) and honorary fellow at University of Exeter’s Centre for Leadership Studies in the UK.
Nick has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and a prize-wining Russian honours degree from Durham University, UK. He is a qualified chartered management consultant (CMC), pilot (twin engine, IFR), master diver and EFR rescue diver.
