For the past twenty years, Géraldine Sol has designed and led large-scale managerial transformation programmes for major French corporations, working end-to-end — from responding to the original brief, through co-constructing the curriculum and designing pedagogical content, to piloting sessions and training the trainers who go on to deliver them.
Her track record includes building a corporate academy for a major group in the automotive and logistics sector, a large-scale transformation program for over 1,600 managers in the healthcare sector, and — within the technology sector — both a 12-month leadership journey for senior executives and a management transformation programme for 250 leaders. She has also led long-standing engagements in IT services and consulting, media, energy, construction, public transport and retail.
She founded Newday Training, an inter-company program built around the DISC model (Marston) to develop collective intelligence and help participants know themselves better in order to communicate more effectively. It draws on a network of 22 senior consultants able to facilitate leadership, change and management topics — several bilingual — so that large-scale programs never depend on a single facilitator. She co-founded Newdaycare, a proprietary digital platform embedding self-assessment tools (DISC, Forces Motrices, management maturity) directly into learning journeys. She also contributes to a dedicated stress-and-performance program.
Géraldine is a certified coach and is trained in workplace mediation. She is also trained as a musician at the Conservatoire de Lyon. She brings a distinctive sensitivity to listening and group dynamics, shaped by years of musical practice. Based in Lyon, France, she works nationally across France’s largest corporate transformation programs and with business schools such as EDHEC and EMLyon.
At CEDEP, Géraldine serves as Program Director, leading custom leadership programs for major French corporations undergoing large-scale transformation.
