Rémi Riou is founder, operating partner and board member of Oneida, a private equity company based in New York. He is passionate about leading business transformation towards profitable growth based on almost 30 years of automotive and FMCG industry experience in multiple countries around the world.
Across his career, Rémi has led transformations inside changing environments ranging from a start-up in the US to global environments in Europe, North and South America and Asia.
Prior to Oneida, Rémi was vice president global talent and functions at ITT Group, a diversified US listed leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customised technology solutions for the energy, transportation and industrial markets.
With an employment base of 10,000+ spread across 35 countries, Rémi was pivotal in implementing ITT’s global talent strategy to drive performance by developing and implementing programs to attract, engage, improve and retain employees with critical skills and in key roles.
Rémi’s career started in finance with growing roles up to global CFO, prior to becoming general manager leading the acquisition, integration and transformation of a global company. He brings to the board a wealth of global experience in improving company performance and growth.
He is a French national, has a master of finance from the European Business School Paris and an executive MBA from ESCP Europe.
Rémi has been a CEDEP board member since February 2021.
