Dominique Moisi is founding member and senior advisor of the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) Paris and a political scientist and writer.
He has published numerous articles on French foreign policy, European-American relations and the Middle East in journals such as Foreign Affairs, Europa-Archiv, International Security, Atlantic Quarterly, Défense Nationale, Washington Quarterly and Politique Etrangère. He is a regular columnist for the Financial Times, Asahi Shimbun and Ouest France and is the author of numerous books on the topic of foreign policy and geopolitics.
Dominique has also lectured at Sciences Po, Harvard University and the College of Europe in Natolin. He has a PhD in political science from the University of Paris and is a former Arthur Sachs Scholar of Harvard University.
