Camille Lugol is a social entrepreneur. At La Mie, we brew a beer that does two things at once: a craft beer made with care and locally sourced ingredients, while fighting food waste by upcycling unsold bread.
After completing a master’s degree at ESSEC and CentraleSupélec, Camille launched La Mie to offer a product that is delicious, meaningful, and empowers people to have a positive impact through their everyday choices.
Her ambition: to prove that conscious consumption can be both enjoyable and powerful!
