Fabrice Spenninck is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer at Garrett – Advancing Motion, a global technology leader in turbocharging technologies, electric propulsion and thermal management systems for automotive and industrial applications. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s global HR strategy, programs and communications. His responsibilities also extend to talent development, staffing, learning, compensation and benefits, and employee relations – as well as internal, external, marketing, and product communications.
Fabrice brings to the Board a career spanning nearly three decades of progressive HR leadership across complex, multinational organizations. Prior to Garrett, he held the same role at Honeywell Transportation Systems, and before that served as Vice President of HR for Honeywell’s Automation & Control Solutions division. He joined Honeywell following its acquisition of Sperian in 2011, where he had served as an HR Vice President, and subsequently led HR for France and North Africa before becoming Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations for Europe, the Middle East, and Afric- overseeing transition and transformation plans across 18 businesses, 41 countries, and more than 40,000 employees.
Earlier in his career, Fabrice spent nearly a decade at L’Oréal, where he held HR roles in France and South Africa, and worked with the French Embassy in Mexico and with Dell.
He holds a degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Warwick and a master’s degree from the University of Montpellier.
Fabrice joined the CEDEP Board in 2026.
