Muriel Pailleux is a passionate advocate for people development, with a career that spans across continents in the education and business sectors. Combining expertise in marketing, business development, and sociology, she helps organisations drive growth, expand market reach, and achieve sustainable success.
Muriel joined CEDEP in 2017 to establish the Sales Department, becoming the primary client interface and responsible for building key partnerships.
Her role expanded in 2019 to include Marketing & Communication, and she became a member of the Senior Leadership Team (COMEX).
In 2023, Muriel started a new executive role of Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing business development, strategy, and growth.
In 2024, CEDEP launched the International Institute of Leadership and Safety Culture (IILSC), where Muriel led the branding and established its Sales & Marketing department, alongside her broader strategic responsibilities at CEDEP.
Before CEDEP, Muriel worked at FL&C, an INSEAD Business School partner, managing global accounts and leading business development. She established a new Singapore branch and collaborated with INSEAD for 13 years to manage and develop their MBA Language Program on the Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses. Prior to that, she worked as the Linguistics Attachée for the French Embassy in Quito to build partnerships with the Ecuadorian Education Ministry.
Muriel holds three master’s degrees: in Marketing Management, Business Development, and Strategy (HEC Paris), Educational Cooperation and Intercultural Relations (Lyon 2 University), and Anthropology (Bordeaux University).
She continues to invest in her leadership development, having recently completed the Leadership Transition Program at INSEAD and the Financial Strategy for Decision-Makers program at HEC Paris.
