Christina Pritchard is a co-founder of Meta-LUCID, a firm of consulting practitioners specialising in designing and implementing talent management strategies to increase leadership capabilities and capacity for organisations. She provides solutions to blend growth mindset and complexity science with discovery and action learning methods and tools.
Christina’s expertise includes talent strategy, strategic facilitation and leadership development. She combines her passion, knowledge and experience across talent and leadership research with a true practitioner approach to support organisations to create and execute people strategies. Often this involves working with and coaching senior management teams and facilitating board-level strategic alignment workshops to multilingual audiences.
Prior to Meta-LUCID, Christina was managing director of Forum Europe where she managed consecutive years of significant profitable growth from a loss-making position, focusing on the evaluation and contracting of third-party relationships with European partners as global head of client engagements.
