Christophe Gillet describes himself as a transformation agent, an innovation activist and a corporate anxiolytic. He has developed expertise in tough times leadership for when ‘what worked well before’ becomes a liability. Inadequate mental models, outdated organisations, obsolete leadership practices, weak collaboration, lack of engagement and inefficient communications represent his daily playing field.
As director of business innovation for SONY Business Europe, he gained first-hand experience of new business creation in value driven contexts and has since piloted several major change initiatives in large organisations. He has practical leadership experience in multicultural environments in times of uncertainty.
Christophe is the co-founder of the Rustproofing Collective (Collectif Antirouille). He has lived in New York, Tokyo, Shanghai and Algiers, and contributed to leadership development programs all around the world for organisations such as Duke CE, INSEAD and IMD.
At CEDEP, Christophe teaches transformation, innovation, organisational change, mental models and personal impact. As a program director he regularly designs and facilitates highly original and unorthodox programs.
