Gino Peremans is a transformational executive coach who was captured by systems and change during his studies. He worked as a consultant to drive HR change processes within Belgium’s public sector, moving on to work for Outward Bound as a facilitator coaching individuals and teams to become more efficient and effective in their interactions. In this role, he also coached for different business schools including Vlerick, INSEAD and ESMT.
Gino has since founded Fern Training and Coaching, a consultancy passionate about developing organisations through individuals and teams.
Today Gino mainly focuses on systems change and coaching and is known for his warm, authentic and to-the-point style of coaching and facilitation. He has worked around the world, is passionate about languages, and coaches and facilitates in Dutch, English, German and French.
