Jorge has spent more than 25 years in Executive Education, working with leaders and organisations to strengthen leadership practices, navigate change and turn reflection and learning into concrete actions and business impact.
His work focuses on leadership in a world of uncertainty, transformation and evolving ways of working. As organisations become more complex, distributed and technology-enabled, he focuses on the human capabilities that help leaders create the conditions for people and organisations to perform at their best.
At the heart of his approach are three interconnected dimensions: Fair Leadership, to make difficult decisions with clarity and perceived fairness; Trust Dynamics, to build the relationships and conditions that enable collaboration, accountability and performance; and Ask Mode Leadership, to frame better problems, challenge assumptions and mobilise collective intelligence. Together, they form a leadership approach particularly suited to the future of work, where judgement, trust and the quality of conversations become increasingly important alongside technology and AI.
His methodology is highly experiential and combines executive coaching, facilitation, simulations, peer learning and real business challenges. His particular strength is connecting people and ideas and ensuring that insights translate into observable changes in leadership practice.
Jorge spent 18 years at INSEAD, where he managed the Transition to General Management programme. He is currently Programme Director of CEDEP’s Mastering Business Excellence LiVE programme and leads MyDev – The Human Performance Agency, which helps leaders and organisations strengthen trust, leadership and collective performance. He also develops his executive coaching practice through FairPlay Coaching and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Institute of Geneva.
Portuguese and based in France, Jorge has extensive experience working with international and multicultural audiences and speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
