Mark McCarthy is a co-founder of Meta-LUCID, a firm of consulting practitioners specialising in designing and implementing talent management strategies to increase leadership capabilities and capacity for organisations. He provides solutions to blend growth mindset and complexity science with discovery and action learning methods and tools.
Mark focuses on sales leadership and strategy development in B2B, complex, multi-relationship, external sales focused environments. He also is responsible for Meta-LUCID’s got to market strategy which involves strategic partner management and marketing activities. As a certified Growth Mindset practitioner, he facilitates workshops and gives lectures and has a number of senior leadership coaching engagement and company advisory roles.
Prior to Meta-LUCID, Mark was a senior client director at Forum Corporation where he managed a number of global accounts as well as new business leads.
