Rafif Srour is an academic and educator, highly experienced in teaching, analytical and empirical research and data analysis. Based in Spain, she is vice dean of the IE School of Science & Technology, and academic director of the Data Science and Visualization for Business Program and professor and director of the Bachelor in Business and Data Analytics at IE University.
She is a strong advocate of women in STEM empowerment and multiple winner of Best Professor award and uses coaching and mentoring to help students improve their academic performance and overall college experience. She is driven by a passion to use technology as a disrupter in higher education, constantly working on innovating curricula and using artificial intelligence to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
