Rémi Riou is an Operating Partner and Board Member at Oneida Partners in New York U.S. where he drives tailored value creation strategies for private equity portfolio companies. Drawing on global industrial experience, he specializes in leading business transformations driving profitable growth.
As an Executive Operating Advisor he also designs and executes value creation plan for American Industrial Partners‘ portfolio companies across US and Europe. American Industrial Partners is a global private equity firm with $17B Industrial assets under management.
Rémi’s career began in finance, where he rose to become CFO of a $1.5B global business. Prior to his current role, he was General Manager at ITT Inc. group, a diversified US listed leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and solutions for the energy, transportation and industrial markets. In that position, he led the acquisition, integration, and transformation of a global company, bringing a wealth of experience in improving performance and driving change.
Rémi is a French National and has been residing in the U.S. for the past 10 yrs. He holds a master’s degree in finance from the European Business School Paris and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe. Remi also hold certificate on private equity from Wharton, corporate governance from Harvard, and artificial Intelligence from MIT.
Rémi brings to the CEDEP Board in depth knowledge of leadership and transformation along with strong financial and operational skills gained from extensive experience in operating in highly competitive markets in North & South America, Europe, and Asia. As an independent director, Rémi has been serving on the CEDEP board since February 2021.
