Véronique Olivier-Martin is an illustrator and facilitator. She has over 15 years of specialised experience in the use of visualisation to stimulate collective intelligence. By mixing mind mapping approaches and humorous drawing, she explores all the dimensions of drawing in the service of the life of organisations. Véronique has been sketching insights from conversations taking place in leadership programs over several years, whether delivered on campus or digitally.
Véronique also illustrates books. Her latest book, Adultes, enfants, une relation à construire (Les Chroniques Sociales, 2020) is completely handwritten and illustrated based on conversations with the author, Christine Schuhl.
Prior to illustrating and facilitating, Véronique worked as a consultant for Ersnt & Young and CapGemini Consulting. She is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieur de Commerce of Grenoble.
